File Size Limitations

When uploading data files to Displayr, the following features and limitations apply:

1. You can upload zipped (.zip) data files to Displayr via the My Computer selection menu. Click My Computer then in the bottom right, select All files from the drop down menu. Then select your zip file and click Open.
2. Any file that's uploaded, regardless of format, must be less than 1GB in size.
3. The size of a zipped file when unzipped can exceed 1GB in size.
4. A file that takes longer than 2 minutes for Displayr to load will be considered too slow to work with, and will time out.

It is very unusual for a correctly set up survey data file to be bigger than 1GB. If you have a survey data file that is bigger than this, please contact support for strategies in dealing with it.
